For Falken Azenis, or other tires,  how does the tire pressure affect the braking traction.   For instance, will more or less pressure aid in braking?    I lowered the pressure in the front between runs, and it felt like my braking traction was less.  However, I did not know if that was tire temp, course changes, me over driving, etc.

To a point, lower pressure would mean more traction on that end of the car, either in braking or turning.  THe issue is if you go outside the tires happy range, in which case lower pressure may result in the tread face not making full contact and then braking would be worse.

Did the car turn better with lower pressure?

Its hard to say if they turned better.   I was pushing harder and went into several turns to fast.  They may have been a little to low.    I will try some different tire pressures next event but it felt a little better when i had the fronts about 5 psi higher than I did during the last runs.
