We are selling the '66 Mustang some of you may have seen as a daily driver a few years ago. The car was appraised at $6500 about 11 years back, before the "problems" began to resurface. This car was improperly "restored" by someone looking for quick sell to someone who didn't know better, and it worked. The paint job wasn't very good, which doesn't matter because the rust repair was terrible. This car needs a full frame off proper restoration by someone who knows what they are doing, and could then be a great car again.  Yes

As stated, this was actually a daily driver for several years until the rust became too bad. ~ 30,000 ~ miles were put on it in the last 10 years and it now has just over 100K.  It runs great, has a 289 cu in motor, automatic tranny and power steering. It is not a fastback, but is complete. If you are carefull you could probably drive it home.  Automobile

We would like to get $4,000 for it, but will entertain any resonable offer. I am not well informed about the value of such cars so feel free to explain any offer you may like to make. We should take some pictures later today for emailing (not sure if I can figure out how to post here) and will provide any further info on request (VIN?). Feel free to contact us here, or at   mdbyington at swbell dot net   or 314 438 0951 ......... The car MUST go soon!  Wink   Mike & Beth

In the hopes for a quick sale, we will be listing this car "publicly" in the next few days, and at the reduced price of $3,250. However the "SCCA PRICE" until then is now $2,750!

It appears that properly done this car could be worth ~$15,000. This isn't a real good time for selling cars, as we all know, but this one needs a good home so please pass the word to anyone who may be interested. It has 104,230 documented miles on it and we finally took some pictures this weekend - and even a short video. We can email the pics to you, or to someone who can post them here. The VIN is 6FO7C318516, clear title, and ready to drive home.

We need the money for the Convention, Entry Fees, Tires, Rent @ Sauget, and Food (not necessarily in that order!)...... [;)]

I think I figured out that the pictures have to be hosted somewhere before they can be posted here?  However, here is the link to the Craigslist posting with a few pictures.
